FOR THE PERSON WHO TURNS TO ALCOHOL TO COPE WITH THE STRESS OF JUGGLING WORK, FAMILY, AND LIFE'S ENDLESS DEMANDS.
Our individual recovery program will help you wake up without regrets, take back control of your evenings, and become the healthier, happier version of yourself you’ve always wanted.
YES I WANT IN!DOES THISÂ SOUND LIKE YOU?
Â
- You wake up swearing you won't drink tonight, you've even planned to exercise after work but by 3PM, alcohol it’s all you can think about. Â
- You’ve tried moderation. You've tried only drinking vodkas instead of wine. Sometimes it works, but most of the time, it doesn’t, and you easily slip back into the same drinking cycle.
- You’re a high achiever, maybe even a perfectionist, but not being able to control your drinking leaves you with shame. You wake up every morning thinking, “I should be able to handle this.”
- You’ve read all the books, downloaded the apps, and taken breaks, but it always creeps back because you think this time it will be different.
- You’ve always used alcohol to socialise—you’re the fun one always up for a good time. But you’re also the one who always takes it too far, leaving you wondering, “Why can’t I drink like everyone else?”
Â
Â
IT'S TIME TO TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR DRINKING, SHOW UP FULLY FOR YOUR FAMILY, IMPROVE YOUR MORNINGS, AND FINALLY FOCUS ON THE HEALTH, CONFIDENCE, AND CONTROL YOU’VE BEEN CRAVING.
Â
Â
Â
Â
WORRIED YOU CAN'T QUIT ALCOHOL?
Â
HERE'S WHY IT HASN'T WORKED IN THE PAST
Â
❌ Relying on Willpower Alone: Depending too much on willpower without effective coping strategies.
❌ Ignoring Emotional Triggers: Overlooking stress, anxiety, or trauma that drives your drinking.
❌ Lack of Community Support: Missing a strong support network or professional guidance.
❌ Maintaining Old Routines: Sticking to evening habits and environments that encourage drinking.
❌ One-Size-Fits-All Approaches: Using generic solutions that don’t meet your unique needs and challenges.Â
TO FINALLY CHANGE YOUR DRINKING HABITS WITHOUT THE CONSTANT CRAVINGS
âś… Identify and Manage Triggers: Understand what leads to your drinking—stress, trauma, social pressure, or emotions—and develop strategies to respond differently. Â
âś… Build a Toolkit for Cravings: Implement our proven techniques like mindfulness, breathwork, cold therapy, grounding exercises, and alternative coping mechanisms to handle cravings effectively. Â
âś… Heal and Process Past Trauma: Work through unresolved experiences that may be fueling your reliance on alcohol, creating space for growth, new perspectives and emotional resilience. Â
✅ Reframe Your Mindset Around Alcohol: Shift your perspective by aligning your goals and values with a life that isn’t controlled by drinking and also challenging the beliefs you have around alcohol.
âś… Set Boundaries and Build Accountability: Establish clear boundaries in social settings, focus on healing relationships, and rely on the support system we create through the program to stay on track. Â
I USE TO DO BAGS AND DRINK MOST DAYS..
I remember the night my partner, now my husband, pulled me out of the garden after a huge night. He looked me in the eye and said, “I don’t think I can marry you. I feel like I’m your carer.” Those words hit hard, but they weren’t enough to make me stop. Â
I kept drinking, kept using, and kept ignoring the growing damage—to my relationships, my mental health, and my future. I was sick of feeling anxious and depressed all week after getting so wasted, but I didn’t know how to break the cycle. Â
It wasn’t until I hit my thirties that I finally took giving up alcohol seriously. I had to sit with myself in a way I never had before. I was use to drinking when ever a negative emotion came up and now I had to feel it. I mapped out a 3-year plan because I knew I wanted more. I wanted a family, flexibility, and a life where I wasn’t working under a boss who controlled everything. I knew the long I drank - the long I would stay stuck in a life I hated.
I quit drinking, left my events job, and went back to university to become a counsellor then opened my own private practise. It was hard but so was waking up hungover all the time and having alcohol dictate my every move.
Â
TODAY, I’M SOBER AND I LOVE IT. Â
I DON’T HAVE CRAVINGS ANYMORE. I CAN GO TO WINERIES, BE AROUND PEOPLE WHO DRINK, AND NOT EVEN FEEL THE URGE TO JOIN IN. MY LIFE ISN’T BORING—MY RELATIONSHIPS ARE HEALTHY. I CAN LIVE LIFE ON MY TERMS AND IT FEELS GOOD.

Â
here's how our clients have transformed their lives
Â
CLIENT A
Went from living paycheck to paycheck with 4 kids and a renovation, stressed about money—90 days into the program, she saved $13,000.
Â
Meet Client A, a dedicated mother of four who, along with her husband, found reward in weekend drinking and coke sessions. These moments were their escape, a way to unwind and reconnect after a demanding week of parenting. However, the financial strain of raising a large family and their dreams of renovating their home added significant stress to their lives.
When Client A first approached me, she and her husband had attempted a six-week period of sobriety. Despite their efforts, they lacked the necessary skills and understanding of the root causes of their drinking habits. As a result, once they started feeling good, they reverted to their old patterns.
Experiencing the benefits of sobriety but failing to maintain it led them to drink even more, exacerbating their financial worries and their guilt.
Â
Our program helped Client A to
Â
âś… Save over a thousand dollars a week by reducing alcohol and drug expenses
âś… Eliminate the need for costly takeout and ubers
âś… Stop guilt-driven spending on extra treats for the kids
âś… Discover personalised activities that aligned with her values and goals
âś… Achieve more financial freedom to spend on renovations for the house
Â
Â
YES, I WANT THIS!Â
Client B
Went from drinking a bottle of wine every night and feeling defeated after years of trying to quit, to stopping in just 2 weeks. She’s now sober, hitting the gym, cooking great meals, and setting boundaries with her family.
Â
Â
Â
Meet Client B, a full-time child-free woman who works full-time. Client B has been trying to quit drinking for years. Despite waking up every day with the intention of staying sober, she would find herself opening a bottle of wine as soon as she got home. While alcohol wasn't causing massive issues in her life, it did lead to several negative consequences: regrettable drunk messages, significant weight gain, persistent skin breakouts, and cancelled plans in favour of drinking at home alone.
Â
Â
Â
Our program helped Client B to
âś… Spend quality time with her partner without arguing
âś… Enjoy spending time with friends she genuinely likes
âś… Go back to the gym and lose weight
âś… Start cooking more and eating healthier
âś… Become motivated to go for a promotion at work
âś… Set boundaries with family members, reducing conflict
âś… Improve self-esteem and confidence
âś… Achieve clearer, healthier skin
