- You’ll learn to track these triggers in real-time, using your digital tracking sheet, to increase your awareness of when and why the urge to drink arises.

 2. UNDERSTANDING THE FUNCTION OF DRINKING:

- You will dive into the reasons behind your drinking behaviour. Is it to cope with anxiety, to unwind after a long day, or to numb certain feelings? Understanding the purpose alcohol serves in your life is crucial for making sustainable changes.
